I'm back...

It's Dianne! So It's summer and I'm getting bored... so I decided to blog, so other people who read this can be bored too!
I also realized that I have not ranted on this blog about the BEST T.V. show ever. (It is, of course, British.) So for the small number of you who are not obsessed yet, here is the best show ever: Sherlock. Starring Benidict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman, Sherlock is a show that I cannot praise enough. It's Sherlock Holmes in modern London and it is like  eating ice cream on a rainbow surrounded by dancing unicorns, but better. Now stop reading this and go watch it.

Malice- Chris Wooding

Malice was a VERY interesting book. The first thing that appealed to me was that the book was half regular book, half graphic novel. The story is about a legendary comic book that, if you burn the right things and say the right words, can transport you into the comic book world of Malice. Seth and Kady thought it was all make believe until their friend disappears without a trace. They set out to find there friend, only to find there is MUCH more going on...

I would REALLY recommend this book, You can't put it down. it switches between the two friends points of view and and one of them (If not both.) will keep you reading. And there's a sequel!!! I would give it 8.5 stars out of 10.

WINNIE THE POOH!

Sorry, I took a short break from the blog, but we're back, and with a new review!!! I recently saw the movie Winnie the Pooh. (Yes I know it's for three year olds.) The plot? Not mind bogglingly good, but what do you expect? It was very cute, exept for eeyore, who was just depressing. Tigger was even more annoying than usual, but piglet was just adorable. It follows the usual plot about honey, but the animals also track down "monsters" and find eeyore a new tail. It was like many stories tied into one big one. It was sweet, but no masterpiece. The biggest surprise: It's a musical!!!! It gets 3.5 stars out of 5.

HP 7.5!!!! (technically 8.)

As lindsey said, we recently saw Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part Two. I enjoyed it, although it wasn't my absolute favorite of the series. The wort part? the guy next to lindsey texted THE. WHOLE. TIME!!!!! I kept glaring at him. TO EVERYONE WHO OWNS A PHONE!!!!!! DON'T, DON'T text in a movie theater!!! It is distracting to others and keeps them from enjoying the movie. If you NEED to text, WAIT UNTILL THE DVD COMES OUT!!!!

Anyway, about the movie. It is a little depressing, but so was the book. I liked it though, and thought it was a good conclusion to the series. The epilogue was king of creepy. :) I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars.

HP 2! HP 2! Review by Lindsey

Voldemort is dead! Well, for me he is. If you haven't seen Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 yet, I highly recommend it.

Dianne and I just saw it today. We both were thinking the same thing: it was a good movie, but wasn't our favorite.

I'd give it 5/5 stars, though. It was all really intense, but that's the only thing it COULD be. I mean, the movie couldn't be full of magical unicorns and fluffy bunnies, could it? I think not.

The only bad thing about the movie was the guy sitting next to me who was TEXTING the WHOLE movie. I was tempted to grab his phone and chuck it across the room. Sadly, I didn't.

Overall, it was amazing. Look out for Dianne's review of it!
